boost their digital presence in Europe for over 10 years.

With 200 customers and 350 collaborators located in Paris, Limoges, Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent and Rotterdam, groupeReflect Emakina delivers about one digital project per day.

Challenge
For groupeReflect, their direction and strategic objectives were clear:
Create collaboration
With geographically scattered teams, groupeReflect needed a solution that would bring their long-distance teams together in a way that would encourage effortless collaboration.
Enhance exchanges
With the end goal being optimal project quality, groupeReflect needed a solution that would enhance exchanges and discussions within their internal teams, as well as exchanges involving their customers.
Optimize relationships
In order to leverage current client relations, and build new business opportunities, groupeReflect needed a solution that would help them maintain and build narrow and
permanent relationships with their current customers.
Solution
The choice to use blueKiwi not only met all of groupeReflect’s strategic objectives, but also helped remove the traditional questions and problems they had with installation and implementation.
By using blueKiwi groupeReflect was able to concentrate on the real values of the company: optimizing their exchanges with their many collaborators and fine-tuning all of their work processes.
To achieve their goals, groupeReflect structured their platform into four working groups:
A global group that gathered all their collaborators for general exchanges
Groups for specific jobs and specialized and technical exchanges within those teams
Customer groups that put internal teams in contact with customers. These groups were put to use in a three-phased approach:
- The pre-sell phase, which aimed to improve their commercial performance by reducing the sale cycle and acquainting the customer with the offer
- The group project phase, which aimed to facilitate agility between the groupeReflect teams and their clients
- The account development phase, which aimed to create a continuous dialogue with clients and build a permanent, informal place where communication could flow
- An “ecosystem” group where the entire company was encouraged to participate and share their thoughts and reflections on the market and current trends

Account development
Thanks to the ergonomics of blueKiwi, the knowledge shared within a group can be easily transferred or imported into another group, allowing for accounts to grow and build without too much effort.

Thanks to the design of blueKiwi, the communication flow allows for a more fluid exchange of information and puts clients at the center of all the conversations, so they can validate and participate in real time.

The overall goal is to leverage their new permanent communication streams with their clients to become first of mind for all their clients’ future interactive, marketing and PR needs.
