Challenge
Daily activity at Altaïde requires many exchanges between consultant teams and clients. The more fluid these exchanges, the more likely it is that the recruitment period will be shorter. And that’s what the clients want.
Faced with the dual challenge of needing to provide the best environment for these exchanges, and the best platform for sharing information with their consultants and their clients, Altaïde sought a collaborative solution that could meet these two main requirements:
- To provide their customers with access to a conversational space where they could manage, share and discuss their needs in HR strategy or recruitment
- To capitalize internally on the sharing of information, and giving these exchanges greater visibility, so they could reduce meeting time and coordination efforts

- All necessary documents and monitoring assignments
- Customers reports and client debriefings also take place on a regular basis

The diagram above represents the number of active groups per month compared to the total of existing groups. Use of the blueKiwi platforms has been growing steadily since its commissioning by Altaïde. While not all the groups are active, the total number of groups has grown, showing a systematic use in the context of customer management.
Over 30 Altaïde customers have used blueKiwi or use it currently in dedicated workshops to monitor their recruitment engagements. There is now an average of five contributions for each note.
